Federal-Mogul Appoints Pat Dlugokinski Vice President, Logistics, Worldwide Aftermarket
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 2 -- Paul R. Lederer, executive vice
president, Worldwide Aftermarket, Federal-Mogul Corporation ,
announces the appointment of Pat Dlugokinski to vice president, logistics,
Worldwide Aftermarket effective immediately.  Dlugokinski replaces Kevin Baird
who is now vice president, Sealing Systems - Europe.
    "I look for Pat to provide us with the leadership necessary to confront
the multi-dimensional logistics challenges facing the aftermarket today and in
the future," said Lederer.
    Prior to this appointment, Dlugokinski was director, logistics integration
and development.  Pat joined Federal-Mogul in 1966 and has held positions of
increasing responsibility in logistics and materials management.  At Federal-
Mogul, Dlugokinski has been group materials manager, North American
Aftermarket and general manager - Far East.
    Dlugokinski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the
University of Michigan.
