Navidec Develops Web Site for Richmond American Homes; Other New Web-Based Contracts at All-Time High

    DENVER, June 1 -- Navidec Inc. (Nasdaq: NVDC, NVDCW), a
leading provider of Web-based products and solutions, today announced it has
developed and launched a Web site for Richmond American Homes at
http://www.richmondamerican.com.  The project is one of several new contracts for the
Company, which has booked more than $600,000 in new business for its Net
Solutions group in the last 30 days.  Navidec's Net Solutions group
specializes in the development of commercial Web sites, intranets and
extranets, mail and messaging systems, and interactive kiosks.
