Robert Grayson Appointment Completes Frisby Technologies Board of Directors
    BAY SHORE, N.Y., May 28 -- Robert C. Grayson, a well-known
retailing executive, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Frisby
Technologies, Inc. .  Mr. Grayson brings to Frisby's board more
than 25 years of top retail management experience with The Limited Stores and
Tommy Hilfiger Corporation.
    According to Gregory S. Frisby, president and chief executive officer of
Frisby Technologies, Inc., "Mr. Grayson has been a recognized success in the
retail industry, credited with playing an integral role in the dynamic growth
of The Limited and Tommy Hilfiger.  We are pleased to gain access to his

partner in Leslie Berglass Associates, a New York based executive search firm.
    Mr. Grayson becomes the fifth member of the Frisby board, joining Domenico
DeSole, president and chief executive officer of Gucci, Jeffry D. Frisby,
president of Frisby Aerospace, a division of the Triumph Group, Pietro A.
Motta, an international financial advisor, and the company's chairman and
chief executive officer, Gregory Frisby.  "The creation of this strong and
