ORBIT/FR, Inc. Names Chief Financial Officer

    HORSHAM, Pa., May 27 -- ORBIT/FR, Inc. ,
announced today William A. Torzolini has joined the Company as Vice President
of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
    "Bill has extensive experience and a proven track record in successful
growth companies which will add tremendous value to our team.  Bill has rich
experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and systems, which
will be integral to ORBIT/FR's growth plans," stated Aryeh Trabelsi, President
and CEO.
    Bill most recently served as CFO of NovaCare, Inc.'s Outpatient Division,
(NYSE) a multi-billion dollar national leader in physical rehabilitation
services and employee services.
    ORBIT/FR, Inc. develops, markets and supports sophisticated automated
microwave test and measurement systems for the wireless communication,
satellite, automotive and aerospace/defense industries.
