MSX International Appoints Key Senior Management To Enhance Customer Focus, Global ExpansionAUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 26 -- In a move to intensify its focus on worldwide customer operations and to aggressively pursue global growth, MSX International has appointed Roger Fridholm as president of the company's Business, Technology and Staffing Services Division and John Risk as president of MSX's Product Development Services Division. MSX Chairman of the Board, Bill Billig, has assumed the additional responsibilities of chief executive officer. Ralph Miller, previously MSX president and chief operating officer, has been named special assistant to the chairman of the board to focus on formulating business strategy and seeking worldwide development opportunities. As president of MSX's Business, Technology and Staffing Services Division, Fridholm leads the company's business units which provide a range of technology-based services designed to increase customer productivity and efficiency. Primary services include contract staffing, information management and the outsourcing of key functions. Fridholm is the former president and chief operating officer of The Stroh Brewery Company where he continues to serve on the board of directors. His career also includes executive positions with several staffing industry companies including senior vice president of corporate development for Kelly Services, Inc. As president of MSX's Product Development Services Division, Risk directs the company's units which focus on vehicles and other highly-engineered, durable products. His international automotive experience will enable MSX to better support customers' global requirements and consolidation efforts, as well as accelerate the division's global integration. Risk's career is highlighted by 33 years at Ford Motor Company where he directed a range of key domestic and international operations, most recently the European and U.S. Small Car Programs -- which produced the Ka. During his years with Ford, Risk also served as director of the Taurus/Sable Program, as well as chief engineer of the corporation's Advanced Engineering Division. "Roger Fridholm and John Risk will lead MSX in expanding our relationships with current customers and identifying opportunities to attract new customers by leveraging our technology and processes," said Billig.
