Additional industry business units will be announced within the next six months. These three new i2 business units represent a further commitment from i2 to capitalize on its deep domain knowledge of these industries and to continue to strengthen its unique customer-centric solutions. Business Unit Leaders At the time of this announcement i2 has appointed the following business unit executives: -- Chandran Sankaran has been named Vice President for the High Technology & Electronics business unit, which will be headquartered in San Francisco, CA. -- Sandeep Tungare, President, Demand Management, will also direct the CPG business unit which will be based in Parsippany, NJ. -- Steven Minisini has been named Vice President Sales for the Automotive and Industrial business unit, which will be headquartered in the Detroit area.
