Federal-Mogul Announces Appointment of Patricia Robinson to European Counsel

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 8 -- Edward W. Gray, Jr., senior vice
president, general counsel and secretary, Federal-Mogul Corporation
, announces the appointment of Patricia Robinson to the position of
European counsel effective immediately.  This appointment includes
responsibility for the legal and patent functions based in the United Kingdom.
    Prior to this appointment, Robinson was senior solicitor in the legal
function of T&N plc.  Robinson joined T&N in 1987 and has held key
responsibilities in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions.
    Robinson earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Sheffield University,
Sheffield, England.
