    ROSWELL, Ga., May 6 -- RoadTrac, LLC, today announced Edelman
Financial Worldwide in New York and Edelman Public Relations Worldwide in
Washington D.C. as its strategic counsel for investor relations and public
relations.
    Acting as its investor relations and public relations team, Edelman will
focus on RoadTrac's corporate strategy, corporate image and the Company's
relationship with the consumer market, commercial market and financial
community.
