GE Plastics Earns Two Awards From Toyota- NORYL(R) and CYCOLAC(R) resins commended for Quality and Delivery - SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 22 -- GE Plastics earned two Certificates of Achievement from Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America Inc. (TMMNA) at Toyota's recent annual Supplier Business Meeting and Awards Ceremony in Cincinnati. Awards are given annually to suppliers providing the highest standards in quality, delivery, value improvement and cost reduction for parts, materials, transportation and export. For the second consecutive year, GE Plastics earned the certificates for meeting Toyota's strict quality and delivery requirements with two resins it supplies to Toyota's Georgetown, KY, manufacturing facility. The resins, NORYL(R) STN15HF polyphenylene oxide resin and CYCOLAC(R) GHT4320 ABS resin, are used for instrument panel applications on three models produced at the plant -- the Camry and Avalon sedans and the Sienna minivan.
