REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., April 14 -- Oracle Taiwan Inc., a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corp. , today announced it is
working with Yulon Motors Co. Ltd., the largest automotive manufacturer in
Taiwan, to create a new enterprise resources planning (ERP) system for the
company. Oracle was chosen in a competitive bid over Baan, QAD and SAP for
its automotive expertise and perceived ability to help Yulon make better

Materials, and Oracle Production Configurator. All will be configured to
interface with Yulon' existing legacy systems.

SAP, BAAN, and QAD after a year-long evaluation, and was chosen with future
expansion and continuous improvement of processes in mind," said Y.C. Li,
