Smith Agency to Rep NASCAR's Hopey the Hound Dog

Algorhythm Technologies/The Smith Agency To Serve Up A Big Piece Of American Pie

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 2 -- The Smith Agency, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Algorhythm Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: ALGR), a full
service advertising and public relations firm announced today that they have
been selected to represent the $15 million Hopey the Hound Dog, Incorporated,
NASCAR's RFT World Tour.
    Hopey The Hound Dog is an animated character that is being launched on the
NASCAR's 50th anniversary circuit tour.  Hopey will be touring the United
States and Canada with stops including The Mid State Fair in California, The
Nassau County Fair in New York State, The Pennsylvania State Fair in
Pennsylvania, and The Klondike Days in Edmonton, Alberta.  Hopey's creators
are also developing a cartoon for national television syndication and comic
books that will be distributed nationally and internationally.  The company
currently has an extensive merchandising line for Hopey and his lovable cast
of characters.
    In addition to the advertising, The Smith Agency will handle public
relations, promotions and sponsorship for the world tour.
    Hopey the Hound Dog is being premiered at the NASCAR's RFT and will
celebrate the 50th anniversary tour to help promote family values and the
"back to basics" approach the American public is trying to regain, while
creating a character that is hip, cool and a good guy.  The creators of Hopey
and his cast of friends are also the owners of NASCAR's Racing For Teens
magazine.
