Turbodyne Expands Management

    WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., April 2 -- Turbodyne Technologies
Inc. today announced the addition of two key
operations executives in order to accommodate its expanding manufacturing
obligations.
    Michael F. Stautner has been named Executive Vice President, Operations,
of Turbodyne Systems, Inc.  He will oversee operations at Turbodyne Systems'
main facility in Carpinteria, Ca., including manufacturing, purchasing,
quality, facilities and business systems.  Mr. Stautner's general management
background will help effectively integrate the engineering and manufacturing
of Turbodyne's products.
    Ronald Page has been named Operations Manager for Turbodyne's light metals
division.  Mr. Page will be active in operations management, quality systems,
cost systems, cost control and marketing at manufacturing facilities in La
Mirada, Ca. and Ensenada, Mexico.

experience and results-oriented management skills to the Turbodyne team," said

Mike and Ron at other companies over the past 20 years, and am delighted that
they have decided to join me at Turbodyne," Ware continued.
    Mr. Stautner is a proven manager with more than 25 years experience.  He
has a strong international operations background in the electronics,
automotive and aerospace industries.  During his tenure as Director of
Advanced Manufacturing at Allied-Signal's Garrett Automotive, he was Project
Manager for Turbocharger Integrated Manufacturing, with nine manufacturing
facilities worldwide.  Mr. Stautner was most recently Vice President of
Manufacturing at ILSCO in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Under his leadership, the company
had record financial results, improved its on-time shipments by 54%, and was
successfully ISO certified.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
    Mr. Page was previously Plant General Manager at a Tier One Automotive
Corporation, where he managed a $70 million unit of an international supplier
to the automotive industry.  He was former Vice President and General Manager
of Contouring Technology, Inc., where he propelled sales to an all-time high.
Mr. Page has a Bachelor of Science degree and is completing his Master of
Business Administration.  He is a Certified Quality Trainer and Certified
Supervisory Trainer.
