Ricardo, Inc. Names New President for Next Decade

    DETROIT, March 20 -- Effective the 15th of April Mr. Jeremy
Holt will be taking over as President of Ricardo, Inc., when David Swallow
returns to the Ricardo Group Headquarters in Europe.
    Ricardo is delighted that Jeremy has been able to join us.  This move
signifies the completion of the restructuring of Ricardo, Inc. by Swallow,
involving a new strategically focused plan, new organization structure, new
top team, and now a new President with significant experience in the U.S.
Powertrain Industry.
    Ricardo Group plc is a publicly held company founded in 1917 in the United
Kingdom.  Today, a total of 1,150 technical staff offer a diverse and complete
range of automotive engineering services.  Ricardo, Inc. was established in
1989 and is a North American subsidiary of Ricardo Group plc with operations
in Detroit and Chicago.  Growth in this market has resulted from a strategy
focused on core automotive competencies in emissions, refinement, and improved
powertrain efficiency.  Ricardo, Inc. employs over 215 personnel housed in
120,000 square feet of high specification facilities.
