Federal-Mogul Appoints James D. Keller Assistant Treasurer

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 17 -- David A. Bozynski, vice
president and treasurer of Federal-Mogul Corporation , announces
the appointment of James D. Keller to the position of assistant treasurer,
effective immediately.  Keller will be responsible for management of the
company's $3.2 billion global credit facility and for all treasury activities
in the Americas.  He will also be responsible for the company's U.S. accounts
receivable securitization program and for leasing activities worldwide.
    "Jim's broad background and leadership skills in North and South American
treasury operations are a good fit to our treasury team," said Bozynski.
    Keller joins Federal-Mogul from T&N Industries in Ann Arbor, Michigan,
where he was treasurer - Americas.  Prior to that, he was manager - corporate
finance for Ferodo America, in Nashville, Tennessee, a division of T&N.
Before joining T&N, he served in positions of increasing responsibility for
Maryland National Bank and Commerce Union Bank.
    Keller is a Certified Cash Manager and attended the Treasury Institute at
the University of Michigan.
