Federal-Mogul Announces Organizational Structure For Worldwide Aftermarket GroupSOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 16 -- Federal-Mogul Executive Vice President - Worldwide Aftermarket Paul R. Lederer announces the new organizational structure for the Worldwide Aftermarket Group: * Kevin W. Baird, vice president, logistics * James B. Carano, vice president, Latin America, Asia Aftermarket * Michael A. Clogg, vice president, FP Diesel * James L. Fetter, director, finance * John McCormack, vice president, European Aftermarket * Arlis A. McLean, director, human resources * Jeff J. O'Neill, vice president, marketing * Michael L. Schultz, vice president and general manager, Sales, North American Aftermarket Kevin W. Baird, Vice President, Logistics Kevin W. Baird is vice president of logistics at Federal-Mogul Corporation. Baird was named to his current position in 1995. He has held a succession of positions of increasing responsibilities in both the aftermarket and manufacturing parts of the business, since joining Federal-Mogul in 1984. After assignments in aftermarket sales and distribution, he joined the seal manufacturing group. Responsibilities within the seal group included plant superintendent, Summerton, South Carolina, plant manager, Frankfort, Indiana, and plant manager, Van Wert, Ohio. Baird earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. James B. Carano, Vice President, Latin America, Asia Aftermarket James B. Carano is vice president, Latin America, Asia Aftermarket. Carano was vice president, general manager - Latin America since April 1995. Prior to that, he served as vice president and controller from December 1992 to April 1995. He was general manager of international distribution in Port Everglades, Florida from 1990 to 1992; was named controller of domestic business for the company's worldwide aftermarket operation in 1989; and components group controller in 1987. He served as controller of world trade, Federal-Mogul's international aftermarket business, from 1982 to 1986. Carano joined the company in 1972 as a general accountant. Carano holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Wayne State University in Michigan. Michael A. Clogg, Vice President, FP Diesel Michael A. Clogg has been appointed vice president, FP Diesel. Clogg has been employed by Fel-Pro since 1982, having held various positions for the past 15 years. He has served as president - FP Diesel since its creation in 1993. Other positions have included vice president - heavy duty group and general manager - Fel-Pro Chemical. Prior to Fel-Pro, he served in various sales and marketing positions at Dow Chemical, BASF and General Electric. Clogg earned a marketing degree from Michigan State University. James L. Fetter, Director, Finance James L. Fetter is director, finance. Fetter was appointed to his current position in August 1996. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, he served as director of finance for the AlliedSignal Automotive Aftermarket Division in Providence, Rhode Island. Before joining AlliedSignal Automotive, Fetter served as director of finance - exhaust for Tenneco Automotive, a division of Tenneco, Inc. Prior to that appointment, he was corporate controller - North American aftermarket for Tenneco's Walker Manufacturing company. Fetter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Miami University in Ohio. He is currently working on his Master's degree in management from Central Michigan University. John McCormack, Vice President, European Aftermarket John McCormack has been appointed vice president, European Aftermarket. McCormack has been employed by T&N since 1993 where he most recently held the position of product group chief executive - engine parts aftermarket group. Other positions have included managing director - European Aftermarket division, friction product group and managing director of Goetze Motorenteile in Burscheid, Germany. Prior to T&N, he served in key management positions at TRW International and Ford of Europe. McCormack earned a Bachelor's degree from Oxford University. Arlis A. McLean, Director, Human Resources Arlis McLean has been appointed director, human resources. McLean has been employed by Fel-Pro since 1993 as vice president, human resources. Prior to joining Fel-Pro, McLean was vice president of human resources for Fellowes Manufacturing and also spent seven years in the human resources department of Montgomery Ward. McLean earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Jeff J. O'Neill, Vice President, Marketing Jeff J. O'Neill is vice president of marketing. O'Neill joined the company in July 1997. He came to Federal-Mogul from The Quaker Oats Company where he most recently served as business director, Quaker Snacks. He was responsible for developing, launching and repositioning several key products. During his 17 year career at Quaker Oats, O'Neill served as business director for their Central U.S. customer business center and was responsible for the development of the "total business" approach to customer development. O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in business from the University of Ottawa in Canada, graduating with honors. Michael L. Schultz, Vice President and General Manager, Sales, North American Aftermarket Michael L. Schultz is vice president and general manager, sales, North American Aftermarket. Schultz was named to his current position in 1995. He was named vice president, marketing, worldwide aftermarket in December 1994. Schultz joined the company in late 1992, as Eastern zone sales manager/director of retail sales. Before joining Federal-Mogul, Schultz spent 18 years at TRW in a variety of aftermarket sales management positions including vice president of sales North America for TRW's aftermarket business. Schultz studied business at the University of Iowa and participated in the 1984 Harvard Strategic Management Program.
