Circle Scope Theater, Jaguar/Raytheon Airplane, and Armor Plated Vehicles Among the Attractions at The 1998 New York International Auto Show

NEW YORK, March 16 -- In addition to the more than
1000 vehicles on display at the 1998 New York International Automobile Show
(NYIAS), this year's featured attractions include a 360-degree movie
presentation, armor plated vehicles, a car shaped like a stingray, and a
Jaguar "special edition" aircraft. Stop by New York City's Jacob Javits
Center from April 11th-19th to check out these and other exciting happenings
at the Show:

-- Mercedes-Benz Circle Scope Theater -- Sexy convertibles, dueling race
cars, leaping mountain bikes, glittering Las Vegas showgirls and
dramatic vistas of America will encircle viewers at the only New York
City appearance of the Mercedes-Benz Circle Scope Theater. Utilizing a
360-degree screen for its 14-minute film, Circle Scope is an innovative
theater experience for the whole family.

-- Jaguar Special Edition Beech King Aircraft -- With more than
1,100 horsepower, Jaguars's newest aeronautic introduction seats eight
comfortably, reaches a top speed of 286 mph and has over a 50-foot
wingspan. Come see this $2.6 million Jaguar/Raytheon aircraft at this
year's New York International Auto Show.

-- Ultrasmith -- Armor plated sport utility and luxury vehicles will be on
display at Ultrasmith's booth. Virtually undetectable to the naked
eye, these protection systems incorporate a myriad of safety
enhancements including state-of-the-art composite armor, multi-layered
       glass, and runflat tires.

-- Defensive Driving Seminar -- The 1998 NYIAS Defensive Driving course
will improve your driving skills, reduce your collision and liability
insurance by 10%, and subtract four violation points from your driving
record. The class costs $25 and includes a one-day pass for the Show.
       For early registration, call 800-334-1441.

-- Lake George Antique Boat & Auto Museum -- Dedicated to preserving the
history of automobiles, boats, and carriages, the Lake George Antique
Boat & Auto Museum will be presenting two magnificently restored cars
at the 1998 NYIAS. Come have your picture taken next to a 1911 Model
       T Ford Speedster or a 1926 Willy's Knight in the Javits Center's
       Crystal Palace from April 11-19.

    -- Callaway C12 -- Boasting a powerful 410 hp SuperNatural series engine,
Callaway's newest "limited edition" production super car incorporates a
dramatically designed body based on the fifth-generation Corvette
       chassis.

-- S.E.A. Force One -- Roughly the size of a corporate jet, Sea World of
       Florida's S.E.A. Force One is a high-tech, land/sea exploration
vehicle built in the shape of a giant stingray. Stop by this year's
New York Auto Show and see this six-wheeled, beast-like "attraction on
       wheels" tackle the Javits Center.

More than a dozen world, national, and regional vehicle debuts are
expected at the 1998 NYIAS. Attendance at the 1997 New York International
Automobile Show surpassed 1.1 million for the 9th consecutive year. In
addition, more than 3200 members of the media attended the Show. Expectations
are for increased press and public attendance in 1998.
