Thinktrax Announces World's First Remote Control Heated Auto Wiper, Makes Debut at Disney World's Epcot Center

    SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y., March 10 -- Just when you thought old man
winter and El Nino were gone freezing rain, snow, and ice are back full force.
On March 13-15, 1998, sixty five of America's best new inventions were chosen
to be on display at Disney World's Epcot Center, including the world's first
remote control electric heated auto windshield wiper.  The device is named the
hotwiper.com and keeps the rubber wiper blades warm, ice free flexible and
hugging the windshield unlike cold brittle streaking standard wipers.  The
device was invented by two frustrated scientists and an engineer who met after
driving in a freezing rain and ice storm.  Inventors Frank Dileo, Peter
Michalos, and Christopher Goggin hope better ice busting wiper will help us
all see a little clearer.  Peter Michalos who is the father of triplets says
"I feel better when clicking the key chain remote and the hotwiper.com is
working, especially when the babies are in the car and it's snowing."
