Paradigm Research Chosen to Lead Ford Motor Co.'s Web Factory TrainingWeb Factory to Facilitate the Company's Use of the World Wide Web MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 26 -- Paradigm Research, Inc. announced today that they have been selected as the lead training company for Ford Motor Co.'s Web Factory. Ford's Web Factory is a training and mentoring program for intranet and extranet development. Participants are immersed in an 8-week development program where they receive training in web technologies and then given help creating an application. After completing this program, the participants will have the skills needed to support the application. The Web Factory will ensure Ford's movement into web based business solutions with a minimal learning curve.
