Paradigm Research Chosen to Lead Ford Motor Co.'s Web Factory Training

      Web Factory to Facilitate the Company's Use of the World Wide Web

    MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 26 -- Paradigm Research, Inc.
announced today that they have been selected as the lead training company for
Ford Motor Co.'s Web Factory.
    Ford's Web Factory is a training and mentoring program for intranet and
extranet development. Participants are immersed in an 8-week development
program where they receive training in web technologies and then given help
creating an application. After completing this program, the participants will
have the skills needed to support the application. The Web Factory will ensure
Ford's movement into web based business solutions with a minimal learning
curve.

    As lead technical training organization for the Web Factory, Paradigm
Research will be responsible for both training and course development for the
program. Courses will include Introduction to Java, Introduction to
JavaScript, Advanced JavaScript, Server-side JavaScript, Introduction to JDBC
and other custom courses as specified by Ford.
