                    And Planning Firm Expands Capabilities

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 20 -- Quantum International, Limited
(Quantum), a Detroit area, diversified, full service program and project
management consortium serving the automotive industry, today announced the
addition of SHG, Incorporated (A SmithGroup Company), as a member of the
enterprise.  SHG joins Ann Arbor-based PAC Project Advisors International
(PAC), and Engineering Services Group (ESG) of Southfield as a partner under
the joint venture agreement.  Headquartered in Detroit, SHG will complement
and enhance the ability of Quantum, providing a total and full range of
process, facilities design and project/program management services for global
automotive and industrial manufacturing firms outside North America.
    Quantum International, Ltd., was established in 1995 to maximize the
respective strengths of its members, and to provide fully-integrated solutions
designed, engineered and managed for the automotive/transportation industry.
