ASI Awarded ITT Automotive Contract - Initial Pilot Program Includes Two Plants

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 18 -- Automated Systems International
("ASI") (OTC Bulletin Board: ADSN) today announced it has been awarded a two
plant contract with ITT Automotive, a global automotive supplier with annual
sales in excess of $5 billion.  After an extensive competitive evaluation of
client/server solutions, ASI's, AT Server(TM), a time, attendance, and labor
allocation software application, was chosen.  The initial two plant contract
includes ITT Automotive's largest plant in Rochester, NY with 3,361 hourly
employees.
    Automated Systems International has been told that after completing a
successful pilot install, ITT Automotive will consider awarding ASI a
corporate contract.  This corporate contract may include as many as twenty
additional plants.
