Eventemp Corporation Announces Preliminary Agreement with Excaliber Automobile CorporationSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 17 -- Eventemp Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ETMP) announced today that it has reached a preliminary agreement with Excaliber Automobile Corporation to produce up to 35,000 units known as the Eventemp E.C. 2000 and E.C. 2001 over the next 3 years at Excaliber's Milwaukee, Wisconsin manufacturing facilities. Eventemp's President, Bradley Schroeder, indicated that the E.C. 2000 and E.C. 2001 units would be marketed under the trade name "Etemp Climate Control System." According to Schroeder, estimated revenues to Eventemp from sales are expected to reach approximately $28,000,000 over the 3-year term. The E.C. 2000 and E.C. 2001 units, designed primarily for luxury cars and sport utility vehicles, lets the driver turn on the heating and cooling system unit using a paging device from any telephone without starting the car's engine. Excaliber, a division of Unternehmensgruppe Geitlinger Homberg/Saar, a German corporation with significant subsidiaries, has agreed to become the Wisconsin distributor for the Eventemp Climate Control System for the ensuing 5-year term and to become the installation center for Wisconsin.
