ASI Awarded Four Plant Contract

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 5 -- Automated Systems International
(OTC Bulletin Board: ADSN), today announced that it has been awarded a
contract by a major automotive parts supplier.  The agreement calls for ASI to
install ATServer(TM) in four plants and corporate headquarters.  ATServer(TM)
is a time, attendance, and labor allocation software application.
    Gerry Pesut, ASI's President and CEO stated, "We are very excited about
this partnership and hope to have all four plants installed by the end of
