Lear Donnelly Overhead Systems L.L.C. Appoints Vice PresidentsDETROIT, Feb. 3 -- Richard Perreault, president and chief executive officer of Lear Donnelly Overhead Systems L.L.C., announced today the appointment of three vice presidents, who, together with Perreault, will serve on the senior management team for the automotive overhead systems supplier. Timothy (Tim) O'Keefe, 46, has been named vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Lear Donnelly. O'Keefe has responsibility for all the financial aspects of the company. For the past 17 years, O'Keefe has worked at Lear Corporation. During his time with the company, he held a number of increasingly responsible positions. Prior to joining Lear Donnelly, O'Keefe worked as the director of finance in Lear's Chrysler division. O'Keefe, a native of Michigan, has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Detroit, and a master's degree in business administration from the Michigan State Executive MBA Program. He is a member of the Financial Executive Institute. Mark R. Litke is appointed vice president of engineering. In his new role, Litke is responsible for the design and development of overhead interior system products for Lear Donnelly. Litke, 41, moves to Lear Donnelly after working at Donnelly Corporation for the past five years. During that time, he held a number of engineering and management positions. Most recently, he worked as the director of product development for interior trim and lighting systems. A native of Michigan, Litke has both a bachelor's and a master's degree in engineering from Michigan State University, and a master's in business administration from Eastern Michigan University. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Society of Plastics Engineers and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Edwin (Ed) M. Allen has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing. Allen's responsibilities include overseeing all sales activities for Lear Donnelly's worldwide operations, as well as cost estimating and quoting. Allen, 52, has worked with Lear Corporation for the past seven years, and has held various management positions involving interior trim and overhead systems. Raised in Virginia, Allen graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering from Virginia Tech.
