Eventemp Signs $27 Million Contract

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 30 -- Mr. Bradley Schroeder,
President of Eventemp Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: ETMP) announced today that
Eventemp has reached an agreement with an OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer).
    This contract will translate into almost $27 million in revenues to
Eventemp.  Using current operating margin, the Company estimates that they
will realize a profit of 18% to 22% on $27 million in revenues.
    Mr. Schroeder further stated that, "We are taking this unique product to
the National Automobile Dealers Association Show in New Orleans and expect an
enthusiastic reception."
    The E.C. 2000 and E.C. 2001 systems have been designed for the luxury car
and Sports Utility markets.  It enables an owner to call his car from any
available telephone and start the air-conditioning or heater to pre-cool or
pre-heat and defrost the interior of the vehicle before the driver arrives.
It takes about 5-7 minutes with the engine off.
    This device will obviously appeal to car owners who drive in New England
in the winter and Georgia in the summer.
    The system utilizes a paging device that allows the user to call the car
without a distance problem from any available telephone.
    Mr. Schroeder further stated that, "We have hired a sales force to market
this new and unique product to the automotive industry worldwide.  The sales
force has over 85 years of sales experience."
    It is the strong belief of the Company that eventually all luxury vehicles
around the world will offer what the Company calls the "Eventemp Climate
Control System" to its new car buyers.
    Eventemp is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board with the symbol ETMP.  It is
currently trading around the $3.25 level.  The Company looks forward to
favorable acceptance of this revolutionary system and believes that sales and
