On-Guard(R) Vehicle Tracking System Uses American Business Information, Inc.(R) Database
OMAHA, Neb., Dec. 23 -- American Business Information,

comprehensive business database to ATX Technologies for use in the On-Guard's
GPS - wireless based automotive/vehicle tracking system. ABI(TM) is
furnishing On-Guard with such information as business name, address, phone and
fax numbers, SIC Code, and various points of interest. Among the many
locations available through ABI(TM)'s database are auto repair shops, gas
stations, hospitals, hotels, tourist attractions, police stations, and banks.
ABI(TM)'s business database includes up-to-date information on more than 10
million U.S. businesses.
ATX Technologies is the first to market a complete system based upon GPS
(Global Positioning System) satellites and cellular telephone technology.

company's emergency communications specialists and receive round the clock
information as to the nearest restaurant, grocery store, or shopping mall.
On-Guard's mapping system plots the car's location and the user is given
specific directions to the desired location.
