Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. Names Bukatko TreasurerROMULUS, Mich., Dec. 19 -- Aurelian Bukatko has been named treasurer of Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc. . The announcement was made by William Shovers, chief financial officer. In this position, Bukatko will be responsible for financing, foreign currency management, cash management, banking and bank relations, as well as related working capital responsibilities. Prior to this appointment, Bukatko was director of global currency management at Lear Corporation. During his six years at Lear, he held a variety of financial management positions, including director of finance - international and treasurer of the company's international operations in Europe. Before joining Lear in 1991, he spent 16 years at Inland Steel Industries, Inc. Bukatko holds an MBA from Indiana University and a bachelor's degree from Wabash College. He also is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA). Bukatko and his family have recently relocated from Germany to Rochester Hills, Michigan.
