This offering is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter, Credit Suisse, First Boston and Salomon Brothers. Delco Remy International is a leading OEM and aftermarket producer of electric starters, heavy duty alternators and components for the automotive, marine, truck, agriculture and construction industries. Led by Harold K. Sperlich, former Chrysler Corporation executive and Thomas J.
