Walbro Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter DividendsCASS CITY, Mich., Dec. 16 -- The Board of Directors of Walbro Corporation has declared a fourth quarter dividend of 10 cents per share of common stock, payable January 30, 1998, to stockholders of record December 31, 1997. The dividend will be paid on approximately 8,683,000 shares outstanding. The Board also declared a fourth quarter dividend of 50 cents per share of preferred stock, payable January 30, 1998, to stockholders of record January 15, 1998. The dividend will be paid on 2,760,000 shares outstanding. Walbro Corporation is a designer and manufacturer of precision fuel systems and products for automotive and small engine markets.
