Francis W. Love joins CVSI as Vice President of Human Resources

    BEDFORD, Mass., Dec. 10 -- CVSI, Inc., a global supplier of
information technology services, today announced the appointment of Francis W.
Love as Vice President of Human Resources.  Love will be reporting to James
Regan, President and Chief Executive Officer, and he will be responsible for
managing the Company's worldwide human resource functions.
    Jim Regan stated that, "I am very pleased to have Francis join CVSI's
senior management team.  He understands the service business and all the
critical components of Human Resources we need to have in place in order to
grow and expand our business. He has a history of successfully initiating and
implementing strategic programs in Human Resource Management."
    Francis has over twenty-five years of worldwide senior management, human
resource experience.  Before joining CVSI, he was Director of Human Resources
at Integrated Solutions, Inc. where he managed all Human Resource activity
during this Company's first three years of dynamic growth.  Earlier, he served
as Vice President of Human Resources at Mediqual Systems, Inc. and as Vice
President of Human Resources at Millipore Corporation's Membrane Divisions.
