Precision Auto Care Begins Drive Into Puerto RicoLEESBURG, Va., Dec. 10 -- Precision Auto Care, Inc. is expanding into Puerto Rico with the November opening in Puerto Nuevo of its first of 16 Precision Tune Auto Care (PTAC) centers around the island, it was reported by Jay Ripley, president and CEO of North America's leading franchisor of auto care centers. The inaugural PTAC center, an industry showcase developed by Puerto Rico master franchisee Praxis, is located on Diego Avenue in Urbanization La Riviera (near Suiza Dairy). Praxis, a PTAC master franchisee, is headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico and has more than 50 PTAC centers in operation across that country. Mauricio Zambrano, Jr., general manager of Praxis' PTAC operations in Puerto Rico, described the new automotive center as "a super hi-tech facility featuring the most modern diagnostic and repair equipment, the best trained certified technicians, and a broad menu of reasonably-priced services that are performed expertly and quickly. Many services are covered by PTAC's 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty." The 8-bay center, open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, will provide motorists with a "full range of services, including oil changes, tune-ups, brake service, fuel injector cleaning, radiator flush and fill, engine diagnostics, repair, component replacement, and maintenance of all performance-related systems," reported Zambrano. The automotive expert feels that "Precision Tune Auto Care stands head and shoulders above the rest. No other chain specializes in tune-ups and other performance-related maintenance and repair services; new car dealers are expensive and problematic; and mom-and-pop service stations do not have the technology or the training. Precision Tune Auto Care is a respected, top-quality organization with the best reputation in the business." SOURCE Precision Auto Care, Inc.
