Fleetwood Declares Regular Dividend

    RIVERSIDE, Calif., Dec. 9 -- The directors of Fleetwood
Enterprises, Inc. have declared the Company's regular quarterly
cash dividend of 17 cents per share of Common stock, payable February 11, 1998
to shareholders of record January 2, 1998.
    Fleetwood is the nation's leading producer of manufactured housing and
recreational vehicles, with manufacturing operations throughout the U.S. and
in Canada.
