Visteon Names Global Aftermarket Programs Director

    DEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 8 -- Visteon Automotive Systems
continues to build its global marketing organization with the appointment of
David Peace to the new position of Global Aftermarket Programs Director.
    Peace joins Visteon from Tenneco Automotive, where he served as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing responsible for aftermarket sales in North
America and worldwide marketing for Walker and Monroe brand products.  He had
been with Tenneco in various sales and marketing capacities in both the U.S.
and Canada throughout his 20-year tenure with the company.

business brings a keen level of knowledge to our team.  As Visteon continues
to develop its worldwide marketing, sales and service organization, industry
professionals like David bring a wealth of knowledge to our team which will
play an integral part in dramatically expanding Visteon's global aftermarket

    Born July 1952, in Dearborn, Mich., Peace holds a bachelor's degree in
Economics from Cornell University and a master's degree in Business
Administration from York University in Toronto, Canada.
