Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Signs Second Franchise and Dealers Agreement

                `Ultimate Motor Works, Inc. on Board for 1998'

    SAN DIEGO, Dec. 4 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced today that they have recently signed the
second Franchise Agreement for the new, 1998 model Laforza Sport Utility
Vehicle (SUV).
    Under the terms of this Agreement, Ultimate Motor Works, Inc. has secured
the exclusive rights to market the 1998 model Laforza SUV in the designated
Florida area.  The Agreement requires that Ultimate Motor Works, Inc. commit
to sell two (2) Laforza automobiles per month during 1998 and to keep at least
one (1) vehicle in their showroom at all times.  Additionally, they have
agreed to provide a $100,000 revolving line of credit to purchase the
vehicles.
    Ultimate Motor Works, Inc., an upscale Lamborghini auto dealership, is
located at 895 North County Road, 427, in Longwood, Florida.  President Peter
Cohen has experience in the marketing, distribution, and servicing of upscale
automobiles, like Laforza.  Laforza sales manager Trevor Haywood commented,
"The Company (Laforza) is pleased to have a dealership like Ultimate Motor
Works, Inc. on our team.  Their reputation is held in the highest regards and
their superior facility is exactly what we want to have promoting the Laforza
name."  It is anticipated that the Company will enter into similar agreements
with an additional two (2) additional dealers across the U.S. over the next
sixty (60) days.
    The LAFORZA Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is an upscale, luxurious 4 X 4
automobile whose rolling chassis' are imported directly to the Company from
the Italian manufacturer, Magnum Industriale.
    Laforza Automobiles, Inc. is a publicly traded company (Symbol "LFZA")
