Bundy Group Announces Several Appointments

    WARREN, Mich., Dec. 1 -- Bundy Group has made a number of
executive appointments to further establish and implement its global
strategies in the automotive industry, according to William J. Laule, chief
executive of Bundy Group.
    "With the appointment of John Langston as chief executive of Bundy
Automotive, we are now taking the next steps to streamline our management
organization in support of our commitment to Vision 2000 and the continued
growth and expansion of Bundy's Automotive business," Laule pointed out.
    For Bundy Automotive, the following appointments are:

    * Dan Cook is named commercial director, reporting to Langston.  He will
be responsible for establishing global account management teams among all key
customers.  In addition, he will continue his responsibilities as vice
president of North American business units and will report to D. James Davis,
president of Bundy North America and be based in Warren, Michigan.
    * Ron McIntosh is named product planning and technical director, with
responsibilities for worldwide product development and consolidation and
expansion of business alliances, as well as his current duties serving local
European automotive customers.  He will report to Langston and be based in
Abingdon, England.
    * Christian Jean is appointed managing director, Bundy Automotive, Europe.
He will also report to John Langston and be headquartered in Abingdon,
England.
    * Rolf Haag has been appointed director of Bundy's General Motors Business
unit.  He will be located in Warren, Michigan, reporting to Dan Cook, and will
be responsible for GM business worldwide.
    * Stephen Dow, currently director of Bundy's Ford North American business
unit, assumes additional responsibilities for all of Ford business worldwide.
