Veritec to Extend Terms With Mitsubishi

    VAN NUYS, Calif., Nov. 20 - Howard Behling, President,
VERITEC, Inc. announced today that Veritec has agreed to expand
its marketing agreement with Mitsubishi Corporation of last November to
include the additional countries of Japan, Korea, China, Philippines, Hungary,
Thailand, Scotland, U.K., and Italy.  This will make it possible for
Mitsubishi to fulfill certain orders received from multi-national
corporations.  Veritec will receive increased royalties on such sales.
    Behling stated, "VERITEC will continue to add these marketing alliances
and maintain its leadership in system design of automatic recognition systems.
Our experienced technical team will continue to design solutions for the most
complex of identification and protection problems."
