Virtual Technologies, Inc. Is Licensing 8 Territories for Between $1 and $2.5 Million Each

    SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 19 -- Virtual Technologies, Inc.
(OTC BULLETIN BOARD: VTNO) is pleased to announce that it has divided its
exclusive North American manufacturing, distribution, marketing and sales
rights to the Solpower product, SOLTRON, into nine territories.  California,
Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Hawaii have been reserved by the Company as the
Corporate Territory.  The Company will service its territory from two
corporately owned SOLTRON manufacturing facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and Los
Angeles, California.  Commercial marine distribution, marketing and sales
activities will be established as the corporate Marine Division.
    The remaining eight territories will be sold for between $1,000,000 and
$2,500,000 to qualified Licensees and developed by Independent Operators.
Each Licensee will establish SOLTRON manufacturing facilities to supply the
Independent Operators in their licensed territory.  Each facility will have a
starting capacity to produce 1 million liters of SOLTRON annually with
projected production capacity increases up to 3 million liters.
    Projected annual revenues of $35,000,000 from an initial investment of
less than $250,000 are achievable assuming the sale of 1 million liters of
SOLTRON at a current manufacturers suggested retail price.
