Federal-Mogul Announces Staff Vice Presidential AppointmentsSOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 11 -- Dick Snell, chairman and chief executive officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation , announces the appointment of Bonnie J. Price as vice president - investor relations and Kimberly A. Welch as vice president - corporate communications, effective immediately. Price has held the position of manager - investor relations since August 1994. She joined Federal-Mogul in 1986 and subsequently held positions in sales, distribution management as both a service center and regional manager, and customer service where she led the creation of the company's central automated customer service center. Price is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she received a Bachelor's degree in business administration. Welch joined Federal-Mogul in 1996 as corporate communications manager. She previously held management posts in consulting and corporate communications. Immediately prior to joining Federal-Mogul she was account manager for MVP Communications of Troy, Michigan. Earlier, she held positions in communications management with General Motors Corporation. Welch began her career as a reporter and editor for The Reminder Newspapers. She received a Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts degree with a double major in journalism and broadcast and cinematic arts and a Master of Science degree in administration from Central Michigan University.
