Featherlite To Supply Trailers to Yamaha Dealers

    CRESCO, Iowa, Nov. 7 -- Officials at Featherlite Mfg., Inc.
, and Yamaha Motor Corporation USA ("YMUS") have signed an
agreement whereby Featherlite will supply trailers to YMUS and YMUS's dealers.
    "Featherlite is very proud to have entered into this agreement with Yamaha
Motor Corporation USA," said Conrad Clement, president and chief executive
officer of Featherlite.  "Featherlite's snowmobile, ATV, watercraft and
motorcycle trailers complement Yamaha's product lines very well.  We are
