Genesis/HSTV Signs Contract with ealer Direct/Auto Plus, Inc.

Hollywood Showcase Television Network/Genesis/HSTV Signed a 30 Million Dollar Contract

    BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 3 -- Don R. Logan, Chairman of
the Board of "Genesis," OTC trading symbol "HSTV," announced today that a
3-year contract with Dealer Direct/Auto Plus, Inc., an Indiana Corporation has
been signed.
    The Media-Advertisement agreement, which represents over 5,000 auto
dealers nationwide is for 30 million dollars in gross revenue.  The net
revenue to "Genesis"/HSTV is projected at 6 million dollars.
    Dealer Direct/Auto Plus has been a major automobile advertiser and "second
chance finance" force for over 7 years.  Dealer Direct/Auto Plus has a 500
million dollar financial commitment from Goshen Financial of Florida.
    Dealer Direct/Auto Plus has agreements with General Motors, Ford,
Chrysler, Nissan, Lexus and many foreign manufacturers.
    Dealer Direct/Auto Plus has granted Genesis the sole, exclusive agency and
media rights for a 3-year period, for this television and advertising
campaign.
