PH Group, Inc. Lands Multi-Machine Order; $1.8 Million from Major Automotive Supplier

    COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 30 -- PH Group, Inc. (OTC: PHHH)
announces its' PH Hydraulics division has been awarded a total of $1.8 million
in orders from a major automotive transmission parts manufacturer.
    Thirty-two presses have been ordered to date with a total price tag of
$1.8 million.  Sold both domestically and internationally, each is a two
column, multi-platen hydraulic press.  Used in the production of transmission
parts, each press is engineered to operate within 0.0015 inches of tolerance
on part thickness, thinner than a sheet of paper.
    PH products serve a variety of industries which include automotive,
electrical, aircraft, medical and consumer goods.  The company's three product
lines, PH Hydraulics, St. Lawrence Press and Trueblood, manufacture presses
for a variety of applications in both metal forming and plastic insert
molding.  With a strong customer base that includes Ford, General Motors and
