Recyclers Introduce Internet Based Trading System for Auto Recyclers

United Recyclers Group and Actual Systems of America Introduce Internet Based Trading System for Automotive RecyclersFLORENCE, Ala., Oct. 30 -- United Recyclers Group, LLC (URG) today announced its introduction of an Internet based trading system, URGNET(TM). URG will implement the system with its new joint venture partner, Actual Systems of America, LLC (ASA). ASA is based in Denver, Colorado and was recently formed as a joint venture between its principal, Peter Riddle and URG. Riddle is the sole owner of Actual Systems UK, a provider of computerized recycler information management systems (RIMS) in the United Kingdom. Actual Systems UK utilizes the Internet in its European installations, with its own server. ASA will install its U.S. server at the Denver location to serve URG members in North America. URG's 209 members collectively hold inventories of over four million auto parts. As URG's members install ASA's new computer system, the Pinnacle Auto Recycling Trading System(TM) and URGNET(TM), they will each have access to the entire inventory database of over three million recycled auto parts. The system will be updated nightly via the Internet to reflect parts sold or added. Members can communicate with each other and their customers, discussing or ordering parts, utilizing the Internet.
