Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Inks First Franchise and Dealers Agreement; San Francisco Area Auto Dealer on Board for 1998

    SAN DIEGO, Oct. 29 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc. (0TC: LFZA)
announced today that they have recently signed the first of several Franchise
Agreements for the new, 1998 model Laforza Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).
    Under the terms of this Agreement, Cars Dawydiak has secured the exclusive
rights to market the 1998 model Laforza SUV in the San Francisco Bay area.
The Agreement requires that Cars Dawydiak purchase a minimum of two (2)
Laforza automobiles per month during 1998 and to keep at least one (1) vehicle
in their showroom at all times.  Additionally, they have agreed to provide a
$100,000 revolving line of credit to purchase the vehicles, and to contribute
$500 per month toward Laforza's national ad campaign.
    Cars Dawydiak, an upscale auto dealership specializing in Ferrari,
Porsche, Mercedes Benz and Range Rover, is located at 1450 Franklin Street in
San Francisco, California.  Owner Walter Dawydiak has over fifteen (15) years
experience in the marketing, distribution, and servicing of upscale
automobiles, like Laforza.  Laforza sales manager Trevor Haywood commented,
"We are proud to have such an outstanding dealership as Cars Dawydiak on board
with us.  Their reputation speaks for itself and they are indicative of the
type of facility that we want carrying the Laforza name."  It is anticipated
that the Company will enter into similar agreements with a minimum of six (6)
additional dealers across the U.S. over the next sixty (60) days.
    The LAFORZA Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is an upscale, luxurious 4 X 4
automobile whose rolling chassis' are imported directly to the Company from
the Italian manufacturer, Magnum Indusriale.
    Laforza Automobiles, Inc. is a publicly traded company (Symbol "LFZA")
