Motor Trend Magazine Announces Detroit Office Reorganization and Staff AppointmentsNew Brand Team Managers Appointed to Handle `Big 3' LOS ANGELES, Oct. 29 -- The Petersen Companies, publisher of "Motor Trend," has announced an overall reorganization of its Detroit Office, including a series of corresponding staff appointments. Within the new structure, three Brand Team Managers have been named to supervise each of the "Big 3" accounts, Steve Flemion will manage Ford, Dave Irvine will oversee General Motors, and Ken Glowacki will supervise Chrysler. In addition to sales responsibilities for "Motor Trend," the new Brand Managers will also be responsible for advertising sales management for all Petersen publications for their respective brands. "By implementing this now organizational structure, we have increased our brand focus on three significant advertisers," comments Doug Hamlin, vice president and publisher of "Motor Trend."
