GenCorp Names Lubash Director of Supply Chain Management

GenCorp Names Lubash Director of Supply Chain Management

    FAIRLAWN, Ohio, Oct. 23 -- GenCorp announced that
Jeffrey Lubash has joined the Company as Director, Supply Chain Management.
Lubash will be responsible for working with GenCorp's business units to
jointly develop strategies and plans for implementing an effective Supply
Chain Management process focused on material and information flow from
suppliers all the way through customer delivery.  Key elements of that process
include purchasing, just-in-time manufacturing, total quality and team-based
process improvement.  He will also help drive GenCorp's priority of
operational excellence through efforts to integrate a number of initiatives
including Six Sigma and High Performance WorkPlaces.  Lubash is located at
GenCorp's headquarters in Fairlawn, Ohio.
    Lubash joins GenCorp from IBM Consulting Group where he was Senior Project
Manager for the group's global Supply Chain Management consulting business
where he managed multiple consulting teams and projects in parallel.  He has a
BS degree in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University and obtained an MBA
in general management from New York University.
