Laforza Automobiles, Inc. and Italian Manufacturer Reach Agreement On Production and Rollout Schedule

              Company Will Hold Exclusive North American Rights

    SAN DIEGO, Oct. 16 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc. (OTC: LFZA)
announced today that they have reached agreement on various production and
distribution schedules with the Italian manufacturer, Magnum Industriale Ltd.,
regarding importation of the LAFORZA Sport Utility Vehicle.
    Magnum has agreed to grant the Company exclusive rights to import and
market the LAFORZA SUV in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.  Final contractual
arrangements are anticipated to be signed in the next thirty (30) days.  Under
the terms of these pending agreements, the Italian manufacturer will begin
shipping new 1998 body style vehicles to the U.S. by the end of October 1997.
    The LAFORZA is a one-of-a-kind, upscale sport utility vehicle whose
rolling chassis is imported from Italy.  Laforza Automobiles, Inc. is a
publicly traded company (Symbol "LFZA") based in Escondido, California that
assembles the complete, Ford V-8 engine and powertrain upon arrival.  The
Company also has the exclusive distribution and marketing rights to North
