LDM Technologies, Inc. Acquires Kenco Plastics

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Oct. 15 -- LDM Technologies, Inc. has
acquired Kenco Plastics, a designer and manufacturer of blow molded plastic
parts for automotive original equipment manufacturers.  Kenco's customers
include AutoAlliance, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Mercedes, Mitsubishi,
and Toyota.  Kenco Plastics manufactures a full range of blow molded products
including HVAC components, air induction components, functional components and
fluid reservoirs at six manufacturing locations located in Michigan, Kentucky
and Tennessee.  A company spokesman stated that "Kenco's products complement
LDM's existing products lines and LDM is excited about the potential to offer
its interior, exterior and under the hood products to Kenco's customers."
    LDM Technologies is a Tier 1 designer and manufacturer of highly
engineered plastic interior trim, exterior trim and under the hood components.
In addition to its design center located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, LDM
Technologies will now have eighteen manufacturing locations throughout North
America.
