AutoLend Group, Inc. Announces Filing for Voluntary Reorganization

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Sept. 23 -- AutoLend Group, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: AUTL) (the "Company") announced today that it has
voluntarily filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
The Company stated that it would file a plan for reorganization in the near
future.  The Company's management further stated that "in this manner, we will
work with the Court to treat all creditors as fairly as is possible in this
situation."
