Circle Truck Sales, Inc. Awarded Prestigious Western Star Trucks Dealership

                     To Serve Tri-State Trucking Industry

    MONTGOMERYVILLE, Pa., Sept. 15 -- Arthur F. Anders, president
of Circle Truck Sales, Inc., has announced that the corporation has been
awarded a Western Star Trucks dealership.  Trading as Circle Western Star at
1034 Bethlehem Pike (Route 309), Montgomeryville, the dealership will serve
the greater Philadelphia region, southern New Jersey and Delaware.
Western Star Trucks is a premium, high quality, class 8 truck manufacturer
marketing worldwide to specialized fleets, owner operators and other
customized applications.
    Thomas L. Neitz, Western Star Trucks regional sales manager, said about

    Anders, a longtime resident of Telford, Pennsylvania, will serve as
president and general manager of Circle Western Star.  He has a lifetime
career in the trucking industry dating back to 1972 and the family owned
LTL Carrier, North Penn Transfer.  Anders will also continue as president of
White Circle Truck Rentals, Inc., a position he has held since 1988.
    On being awarded the prestigious Western Star dealership, Anders said,

    Anders also announced the appointment of John R. Anthony of Lansdale,
