Prolong International Corporation Names Nicholas Rosier As Chief Financial OfficerANAHEIM, Calif., Sept. 12 -- Prolong International Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: PROL) announced the appointment of Nicholas Rosier as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rosier has more than 27 years experience in finance and accounting. He most recently has served as Controller for Prolong since March 1997. For the four year period prior to joining Prolong, Mr. Rosier was Controller and Financial Accounting Manager for two divisions of DePuy Inc., a major public manufacturing company in the global orthopedic industry. Prior to that position, Mr. Rosier was Controller/Director of Finance for thirteen years at Adams Rite Manufacturing Company, a privately owned manufacturer of locks and automotive equipment. Mr. Rosier earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from H.B.S. in Holland. He speaks Dutch and German, as well as English.
