NOVA Chemicals Opens Frankfurt Office to Work Closer With CustomersFRANKFURT, Germany, Sept. 9 -- NOVA Chemicals, a global supplier of DYLARK(R) resins to the auto industry, today announced the opening of its office in Frankfurt, Germany according to Donald M. Durdan, the business leader for DYLARK. The new facility's primary function is to support the growth of NOVA Chemicals' DYLARK business in the European automotive market -- offering manufacturers a proven styrenic polymer product line for vehicle instrument panels and interior trim components. Current customers include some of the leading European auto manufacturers and their Tier 1 suppliers. "In today's auto industry, suppliers need to continue their focus on becoming technology partners with customers," said Durdan. In addition to sales support, the Frankfurt facility also is geared toward providing technical assistance to current and potential customers. "We are involved with project management, product analysis and design reviews aimed at optimizing customer value and vehicle occupant safety," said Durdan. The Frankfurt office address is: NOVA Chemicals Vertriebs, GmbH, Mergenthaler Allee 79, 65760 Eschborn, Germany. The phone number is 49-6196-9275-30.
